Position: Certified Personal Trainer
Locations: Palm Desert, La Quinta, or Palm Springs
Training Model: Semi-private training (groups of up to 6 clients)
Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time positions available
• Lead semi-private training sessions for adults 40+ (groups of up to 6 clients)
• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual goals, limitations, and fitness levels
• Provide expert coaching on proper form, technique, and progression
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free training environment
• Track client progress and adjust programming for optimal results
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted fitness advisor
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to share best practices and support team goals
• Provide basic nutritional guidance aligned with Strong Elite Nutrition principles
You genuinely enjoy working with adults 40+ and understand that training this demographic requires different approaches, patience, and expertise than training younger clients.
You can explain complex movements in simple terms, provide constructive feedback, and build rapport quickly. Your clients trust you because you listen and adapt to their needs.
